Medium, bright ruby red with dark reflections. Intensely fragrant and multi-layered aromas of cherries, plums, raspberry and orange zest and a meaty note, underlaid with thyme and a hint of balsamic. Very elegant on the palate, with fine-meshed and still youthful tannins and a very persistent finish. Will benefit from further ageing.
