Tasting Notes
After the fruity and charming Tuscan wines, the austere Piedmontese wines were rather difficult to taste: the color is a lightened carmine, ochre rim, the nose of hay flowers, pickled cherries, a little smoky, appears traditional, fresh notes of grapefruit on the palate, lively acidity, sour cherry fruit in the finish, somewhat lemony, only medium-long finish.
