Dense purple colour with a touch of ruby. Grapey nose at the start, then lots of savouriness and red berry flavours with orange zest. The palate shows somewhat bold tannins and green retronasal notes; the redcurrant is clear as the wine progresses. Somewhat rough on the finish.
