Tasting from 09.10.2019: Peter Moser

Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicately herbal and savoury notes of white stone fruit, a hint of lime, but also candied orange zest, mineral touch. Medium body, yellow peach, some honey blossom, subtle sweetness, slate-like spiciness in the finish, a juicy food companion.
