Bright straw colour. Intricate and fragrant nose of spice, reminiscent of white pepper, yellow peach, a hint of nutmeg and white flower, followed by subtle notes of hay on a second whiff. Precise and radiant on the palate, taut and juicy, vibrant acidity supporting a salty finish.
