The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Poggio Antico has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Shiny, rich ruby with garnet glints. Much ripe and vivid fruit of dark plums and cherries, some cloves, classic. Much ripe and sweet fruit on the palate, opens with fine-meshed, dense tannin, nice texture, juicy on the finish.
