Tasting from 05.09.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, glittering ruby red colour. Deep nose with ripe fruit, reminiscent of plum and blackberry, followed by cloves, rum pot (Rumtopf )and some fresh herbs. Concentrated and balanced on the palate, with ripe tannins, well-integrated acidity and a savoury, lingering finish.
