Bright cherry red. Initially somewhat shy on the nose, then opens up to cold forest fruit tea, also reminiscent of thistles and dried violets. Shows grip on the palate, noticeable tannin and dark berry fruit, lacks a bit of sprint on the back and remains overpowering.
