Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright, brightening ruby red. On the nose delicate noble wood, malt, in addition fine wild berry fruit, in the background a breath mint. On the palate very grippy tannins and gripping notion, powerful, with a slight drying finish.
