Dark straw yellow with orange reflections. Initially ethereal and slightly medicinal on the nose, then smoky notes of flambéed apricots (apricot tart) and caramel biscuits. Expansive on the palate with green notes, good drive on the mid-palate and a slightly bitter finish.
