Some new wood, graphite, raspberry pulp, elderberry juice, blackberry jam, plum jam, decidedly silky and even slightly sweet on the palate, enchantingly round and mild, fine acid support, certain elegance despite or perhaps because of the sweetness, a hint of minerality, unusual style, but high quality in all components, and holding together well. The silky elegance of Grenache is taken to the fruity= extreme here.
