Silver-grey with a fine-grained mousse. On the nose, notes of pomegranate and tropical fruit with a hint of hay. A delicate mousse on the palate, almost effervescent, good balance between the crisp acidity and sweet texture on the juicy finish.
More about the tastingRadiant silver-grey in colour with a steady mousse. An open nose with aromas of meadow flowers and wild berries, reminiscent of flint on the finish. The palate is smooth and invitingly juicy with a good texture, and a saline, delicately bitter finish. Well made.
