Clear straw yellow with numerous bubbles. Somewhat closed on the nose, with hints of cold smoke, dried apricot and a touch of wet stone. Juicy on the palate, with clear fruit and good tension, fine, small bubbles and a subtle bitter note on the persistent finish.
