Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

Deep ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicate notes of candied violet, black forest berries, liquorice, vanilla, fine oak, very attractive bouquet. Juicy, elegant, fine fruit sweetness, delicate strawberry and cherry, fine acid structure, well-integrated tannins, mineral and long-lasting, already quite accessible, sure development and certain ageing potential, already very seductive.
