Kohlrabi, tarragon and Jerusalem artichoke outline the first notes of maturity, underpinned by oolong and slightly malty notes. Full-bodied and firm on the palate, the maturity shows its strengths: Hardly any fruit, instead creamy with delicate notes of maturity in the finish.
