The white wine »vogelfrei« Würzer trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Poss has been rated in 2017 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gewürztraminer from the region Nahe in Germany.
The name says it all: spicy aroma, similar to Traminer, muscat notes, yellow fruit. A full-bodied, phenolic palate, but not hard, with good proportions, ripe acidity, intense fruit accompaniment, almost like an apricot tart on the finish.
