Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Majors on fresh fruit on the nose: wild blueberry and elderberry, very floral in style, before finally garrigue and black pepper take over. A soft, silky palate with a powerful, almost massive structure which is kept in balance by the intense slate minerality and the grippy tannins, which become somewhat grainy on the palate. Excellent food companion.
