Bright, rich ruby with violet shimmer. Very deep and intense nose, smells of herbs, somewhat smoky, then lots of dark cherry. Very supple on the palate, unfolds with dense tannins, sweet core with melting, very juicy, spreads out very straightforwardly, persistent.
