Tasting from 25.11.2011

Sparkling ruby garnet. Shows intense green-spicy notes on the palate, some thyme, cherry. Lots of juicy and clear fruit on the palate, unfolds with lots of polished tannins and fine melting, clear and long-lasting, salty.
