Tasting Notes
This has an exciting nose, although only a very restrained woody-spicy aroma, there is an immediate chalky minerality, plus some yeast and nougat. It is taut and full-bodied on the palate, with some dryness in the phenolics, but also a nice acidity, good substance, and great inner cohesion. A hint of green notes is rather positive, however it is still very closed.
