An intense fruity and savoury bouquet, with notes of wild berry compote, smoky cherry fruit and hints of violets. Medium-bodied on the palate, with fresh acidity and hearty fruit, fine-grained tannins and a long finish.

A complex bouquet with aromas of Amarena cherry, cassis, blueberry and plum confit, with hints of coffee powder, spices and bread crust. Elegant and balanced on the palate, with juicy acidity, well-integrated tannins and light mineral notes. Long, spicy-tart finish.
