Tasting from 28.10.2020: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright light gold with a persistent mousse. An intense nose, blood orange, coconut flakes, a hint of anchovy, also some flint, complex and inviting. An elegant fruity sweetness on the palate and a perfectly integrated mousse, beautiful tension, salty on the finish, harmonious.
