Tasting Notes

87
Tasting from 02.01.2004

Deep ruby garnet, almost opaque core, violet rim, bright rim brightening, intense berry confit on the nose, rosehip jam, inviting, after cranberries and cranberries, candied fruit in the background, very independent, some bergamot, a little Earl Grey on the palate, appears slender on the palate, the tannins are present, something ethereal echoes, individual style, cherries on the finish, but also somewhat drying. Somehow the heart is missing, the core.
