Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 03.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Pineapple on the nose, dragon fruit, some ice candy, also mineral and stony tones. Quite full on the attack for a Vinho verde, with a noticeable mineral and flinty mid-palate, cultivated, lively but not coarse acidity, dense and juicy on the finish. A very good accompaniment to Atlantic fish and mussels, and definitely also suitable for winter due to its stature.
