Tasting from 25.11.2011

Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine stone fruit notes, delicately underlaid with fresh ginger, delicately smoky vegetal spice, mineral touch. Juicy, elegant texture, ripe yellow stone fruit, delicate notes of yellow peach and baby banana, dark, delicately salty minerality, lingers well, a versatile food companion, good development potential.
