Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.11.2011

Medium greenish yellow. Ripe pear fruit underlaid with fine herbal spice, delicate tobacco nuances, a hint of citrus zest, mineral touch. Full-bodied, good complexity, round and harmonious, fine yellow tropical fruit, fresh acidity, nuances of white apple on the finish, lingers well, an elegant food companion, delicate nutty note in the aftertaste, has development potential.

More about the tasting

Pale greenish yellow, a clear Sauvignon nose of elderflowers and some gooseberries, delicately spicy, brilliant acidity on the palate, fresh limes, but also has some fruit flesh, very attractive, crisp, a touch rough on the finish, fine summer wine with a grapefruit finish. Easy to drink, more suitable as an aperitif.
