The red wine Vinho Regional Lisboa Aurius, vintage 2012 from the winery Quinta do Monte d’Oiro has been rated in 2018 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah from the region Extremadura in Portugal.
Aromas of red and dark berries, the nose seems very cool and fresh with shell-like mineral tones and a fine, elegant savouriness. Balanced on the palate, a good interplay between fine tannins and lean structure leads to a warm, spiced liquorice finish.
