The red wine Reserva Field Blend Douro DOC, vintage 2000 from the winery Quinta do Vallado has been rated in 2004 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Douro in Portugal.
Deep dark ruby garnet, dark color core, violet reflections, fine floral nuances on the nose, some raspberry, tangerine peel, very complex and sweet on the palate, dark fruit, very dense, some tannin, but not completely exaggerated, I think it is simply much too young, good perspective.
