Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

On the nose, a complex bouquet with notes of dark forest berries, dried fig and dried cherry alongside hints of elderberry wood, cocoa and liquorice. The palate is aromatically intense and elegant in its own way, with creamy dark fruit, supporting acidity, fine tannins, and a long finish.
