The red wine Ortone Rosso Colli Euganei DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Quota 101 has been rated in 2020 by Kiem Othmar, Staffler Simon with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Veneto in Italy.
Deep rich garnet. Ripe cherry and raspberry, some plum, echoes of blackberry and slightly dark leather, complex and fragrant. Full-bodied and with drive on the palate, spreading out beautifully with vivid fruit, exciting progression, unfortunately only minimal length on the finish.
