The sparkling wine Zlata Radgonska Penina Rosé Extra Dry, vintage 2018 from the winery Radgonske gorice d.o.o. has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Radgonsko-kapelske gorice in Slovenia.
Light salmon pink with fine copper reflections. On the nose there is a hint of red wild berries, then delicate strawberries and cherries, and an undertone of yellow peach. It is juicy, elegant, with vivid fruit sweetness and a white stone fruit flavour on the finish. It has a silky texture, and is round and balanced with an delicate aftertaste of honey.
