Bright green yellow, silver reflections, lively mousse. Fresh meadow herbs, some walnut, white apple, delicate mango flavour, a hint of orange zest and biscuit. Complex, white pomaceous fruit, fresh structure, mineral and lemony, good length, suitable as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment to food.
