Light yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of delicate nougat, ripe yellow tropical fruit, fine blossom honey, and candied orange zest. The palate is complex, mineral, and powerful, with a subtle sweetness of yellow peach at the core, persistent, a spicy food wine, already well developed, has length ageing potential.
