The red wine Sparviere Cabernet Colli Euganei DOC, vintage 2023 from the winery Reassi has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Veneto in Italy.
Deep, bright ruby, purple hints. Very fragrant on the nose, with notes of fresh violets, blackcurrants and mint. Youthful and very juicy on the palate, with a subtle vegetal notes. A somewhat different interpretation of Cabernet, easy drinking!
