The red wine Sparviere Cabernet Colli Euganei DOC, vintage 2022 from the winery Reassi has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright ruby purple. Not quite clean on the nose, somewhat animalistic, dark berryish fruit, undergrowth, slight hint of burnt sage. Good acidity on the palate, nice juiciness and dark fruit, but then becomes a little broad on the finish. Best aerated in a large carafe before drinking.
