Naturally cloudy. On the nose: Reine Claude plum from the glass, peach stone, a little blossom honey. Wonderful drinking fun with lively Moselle acidity on a smooth base, a very fine mousse and a gluggable flavour with juiciness and tension. At the end, you even think you can recognise a hint of slate savouriness.
