Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections and a slightly watery rim. Underlying graphite notes with fragrant blackberry, cassis, nougat, a touch of oak and subtle herbal savouriness. Aromatic, juicy and elegant with good intensity, well integrated tannins, finesse and a rich structure, yet a lightness on the palate with lemon hints and a touch of cassis on the finish. A beautifully well balanced wine that will be drinking perfectly in ten years, if you manage to keep your hands off it for that long.
