Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, slight watery rim. Fine roasted aromas, some coffee, inviting bouquet, hints of caramel, cassis and some mint. Juicy, elegant texture, pleasant fruit, discreet acidity. It has already reached the beginning of its maturity plateau, and is a great food wine.
