Exotic bouquet with notes of passion fruit, pineapple and mango. Also citric nuances and ripe pear. On the palate there is a nice interplay between fruit and acidity, which ensures a pleasant fullness. Now some red berries and citrus confit. Appropriate mousse, long finish.
