Clear ruby with a delicate garnet sheen. A very clear and finely aromatic nose, with notes of ripe, dark cherry, lots of plum, some cinchona bark and coriander in the background. Crisp on the palate with surprisingly fresh fruit and grippy, hearty tannins. A little brittle on the finish.
