Strong crimson garnet, purple reflections, broader ochre brightening on the rim. Multi-faceted bouquet with smoky-spicy background and dark berry fruit, delicate blackberry, red fruit, liquorice and notes of damp stones. Medium complexity, tightly meshed, salty texture, fine tannins, fresh acidity and red berry-lemon notes with chalkiness on the finish. Very long with certain ageing potential.
