Tasting Notes
Shiny, intense ruby with garnet highlights. An intense and dense nose that shows notes of pickled cherries, fresh figs and dried rose petals in the background. Taut and firm in attack and course, with hearty, dense tannin that spreads richly across the palate. The very long finish is of pickled cherries and plums.
