Delicately clouded medium ruby garnet, broad ochre rim lightening. Dried roses, pickled ginger, slate-like terroir savouriness, dark berries, St. John's wort and white pepper underpinnings. Light-bodied, red berries, delicately nutty, fine salinity, mineral and long lasting, a touch of dark nougat on the finish, positively umami-dry on the finish, a subtle food companion.
