Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, bright ruby in red colour with subtle rust-brown reflections. Very fragrant on the nose, with inviting aromas of balsamic, eucalyptus, mint, liquorice, ripe cherry and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, racy acidity, a core of pronounced fruit, well-integrated, hearty and tightly woven tannins, grippy with a savoury finish, beautiful length.
