Tasting from 03.09.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

On the nose aroma of dried flowers as well as dried yellow fruit and warm spice, as well as nutty hints. On the palate dry, tight acidity, obviously aged on the skins, lots of mint, lemon balm and ground ivy. It is entirely successful.
