Dark, shimmering ruby core with a garnet-red rim. Deep, penetrating bouquet of prunes and dried figs, with notes of varnish and bacon. Polished on the palate, then with depth and grippy tannins, slightly bitter and persistent.

Clear ruby with a brightening garnet rim. Quite cloudy nose, aromas of thyme, then some cherry. On the palate accentuated peppery notes, juicy cherry, grippy, a little rough tannin on the finish.
