The red wine Romain Schioppettino, vintage 2009 from the winery Rodaro Paolo Winery has been rated in 2015 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Schioppettino from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Brilliant, rich ruby with a slight violet shimmer. Exciting, very intense nose, full of blackberries, elderberries, complemented by notes of white pepper and coriander. Lots of juicy fruit on the palate, opens with polished tannins, soft and round, could be a little more pressure on the finish.
