The sweet and dessert wine Picolit Friuli Colli Orientali DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Rodaro Paolo Winery has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Picolit from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Radiant, deep golden-yellow. Finely marked nose, revealing notes of fresh, lush apricots, a little preserved peach, as well as a soft touch of mandarin peel. Round and rich on the palate, coats the mouth marvellously, with notes reminiscent of dried apricots and figs, but also boasts good drinkability.
