Tasting from 01.01.2023: Peter Moser

Light greenish yellow. Delicate tobacco background with fine pear fruit, light meadow herbs, some walnut in the background, candied orange zest. Taut, tightly meshed, white stone fruit, mineral, nutty also in the finish, fine acidity, salty nuances, remains long lasting, light pear in the aftertaste.
