Tasting from 24.06.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red with brightening on the rim. On the nose, bright cinnamon stick, then subtle berry-fruits, and echos of Amarena cherries and graphite. On the palate, grippy tannins and a racy acidity, with a subtle fruit texture that joyfully reappears on the palate in the finish.
